Dear Doceo Customers and Friends,

The novel coronavirus is spreading, and efforts to minimize its impact are affecting daily life. This situation impacts everyone reading this statement. This has been a rapidly changing situation. Many organizations are electing to significantly curtail operations or shut down completely. They are doing this to minimize the pandemic’s impact on our communities. It is our intention to continue operations and support you, our customer.

As our daily interactions with clients often necessitate in-person visits, we wanted to inform you. We have enacted policies here at Doceo to ensure everyone's safety. This includes both your personnel and ours. The Doceo COVID-19 statement outlines these measures.

Effective immediately, all Doceo personnel who can perform their duties remotely will be working from home to minimize potential virus transmission.

Field personnel are implementing a series of initiatives to curtail the spread of the virus, including the following:

  • All internal meetings have been canceled to ensure that Doceo does not spread illness internally.

  • Then, we equip all field personnel with tools and materials and train them to sanitize any surfaces or devices needed to complete their tasks at customer locations. This is part of our Doceo COVID-19 statement.

  • We will contact each customer before an on-site service call or delivery to review and ensure compliance with their COVID-19 prevention policies.
  • We will attempt to employ remote diagnostic and repair whenever possible in order to minimize onsite requirements.

All business travel and event attendance scheduled for Doceo personnel has been canceled. This is for the duration of the crisis to further reduce potential infections.

Doceo will continue to monitor the situation’s development. Should we feel the need to update the above policy, we will notify our customers of those changes immediately.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we all work to adjust to this unprecedented situation.
