Our sales rep, David, always stops in to check on us whenever he is in our area. He is very prompt with returning phone calls and emails. David is very knowledgeable in his field. As our work printer/copier/scanner contact was coming to a close with the previous folks (I won't mention their name, but they were rather pushy when it came to the renewal with hefty increases) I started to look for a company in-town , as I like to support local business. A quick search lead me to Reliable Office Technologies, now Doceo. Working with Mr. Jahnes has been a breeze from the start. He gave us options based on the anticipated use for the office and not one time has he or anyone else in their office been pushy for the more expensive option. The machine that we chose has yet to have an issue.I haven't had the need to interact much with the website, but it seems fairly straight forward. Very pleased with this business and their service.
